Cooper Architects is an award winning practice which is driven by high quality design. We understand the need to spend budgets wisely whilst also providing unique, exciting and appropriate design solutions which reflect our client’s needs and aspirations.
We specialise in contemporary individual houses, self- build projects including kit houses, small commercial developments, conversions, domestic extensions and education buildings.
The practice was formed by Cathy Cooper in 2008, following four years as an Associate at Anderson, Bell + Christie in Glasgow and fourteen years with Parr Architects in Greenock and Glasgow. Qualifying in 1990, she is a highly experienced architect with a diverse range of skills, having worked on a wide variety of projects both large and small in scale. These include education, residential, commercial, laboratory, industrial, retail, transport and office buildings.

Cathy is registered with the Architects Registration Board and a member of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland
